Are you in need to let go of everything that is crammed up inside your head? Well, here is a blog post of tips that I use whenever I'm feeling stressed and worried.

1. Find a place that you can let go of all of your worries that you hold inside. - For me, I enjoy going to the countryside and the moors, in which I take long walks with friends, family or, with myself. Usually, there are miniature ponies that I feed carrots to and are very friendly, although they are wild. This method will allow you to forget about everything that you are stressed about and will make you realise how beautiful the surroundings are that we don't appreciate often on a day to day basis.

2. Journal - Instead of holding inside all of your stressful thoughts, write them down. This will allow you to view them in a way which is less crammed and more productive. You can then see these problems and possibly solve them by writing beside them what you can do to help. Personally I find that as soon as I write down what my problems are I realise that a couple of them are not as bad as I think and I can not worry about them as much.

3. Talk to others
- Don't just hold your stress, worries, sad thoughts inside your head. Talk to people. "A trouble shared is a trouble halved" Family, friends, neighbours, guardians, teachers, people at your work. These people will listen to you, everyone has their problems and there is always someone to talk to about them. If you don't know anyone who you can talk to there are many online such as; childline, the mix, 7 cups and many more. Keep in mind whatever your problem is these online places will help you no matter what.
"When it rains look for rainbows, when it's dark look for stars"

4. Watch movies
- I find that as soon as I get into a good movie I completely forget about all of my worries. Watching movies is a way of relaxing, and loosing yourself in the action. My favourites are War Horse, Unbroken, White chicks, Hacksaw ridge and,Billy Elliot.

5. Do what you love
- Whether it's watching movies, Netflix, Youtube, games on your phone, walking, talking. All of these things will make you less down and more happy. Are you feeling stressed at work or school? Then think about going home, making a cup of tea and watching your favourite series or movie. Plan scenarios in your head of what you will do later to make you happier.

6. Take a relaxing bath or break
- If you have a bath, use it. Buy that bath bomb you have always wanted to try and fill your bath with colour. Read a magazine whilst sitting in a bath filled with bubbles. This is your time to de-stress and relax.

7. Listen and sing to music
- Another way of forgetting about your worries is to listen to music and perhaps sing as well. Just shove in your headphones and sing away. You will feel much happier and upbeat afterwards.

8. Begin a hobby
- Blogging, for example, is a great way to connect with other people and also to practice your writing skills. Joining a club like knitting, colouring, tennis, basketball, football will allow you to make new friends, meet new people and have fun.

9. Things will get better
- "when fortune closes one door it opens another" we can learn from this quote that you should never give up and for good things to happen the bad needs to come first. You might feel that nothing can get better but from that moment on the worse will turn to good without you realizing.

I really hope this has helped you feel a little more hopeful. You are not alone and there are probably others surrounded by you who are going through the same problem.

A Lush Christmas

Christmas time has finished, but not when I still have 10 Christmas bath bombs and bubble bars sitting on my shelf from Lush. When I went to London, I had to visit Lush Oxford Street and purchase a few bath bombs, in which I did so and might have bought a lot making my storage for my bath bombs overload. However, I never get bored of Lush and I always pop inside their stores whenever I can smell one (seriously though you can sometimes smell the store from a few feet away).

My favourite bath bomb that they bring back out at Christmas time. A bright pink pudding with multicoloured polka dots which results in an explosion of fizzing colours swirling around the bathtub. Its main ingredient is Lavender which is perfect to aid relaxation before a nights sleep. Also, if you love the smell of Twilight from Lush, this bath bomb has that same smell too.

A new festive bath bomb to add to my collection which is scented with a warming blend of spicy clove bud, coriander seed, and Sicilian lemon oils. As soon as I smelt it reminded me of that nostalgic Christmas smell which always reminds me of Christmas.

I love the smell of this one, it smells so sweet. The beautiful gold stars fizz and leave gold luster sparkling in the blue water. Brazillian orange and bergamot oils nourish the skin making it feel smooth after getting out of the bath.

This bath melt is covered in silver luster and in my opinion, it looks so pretty. However, once you drop this into the water swirls of turquoise, pinks, and purple will be released. Revealing a beautiful array of colours. The murumuru butter and almond oil will leave your skin feeling so soft while zesty ginger, lavender, and lime oil will make the room smell so nice.

Finally, I bought the snowman bubbleroon which is one of my old-time favourites and I was so glad to see this one back on the shelf again. Again, this will leave your skin feeling so smooth and soft because of the cocoa and shea butter which is perfect for those dry skin months.

My favourite scent from Lush is Twilight so I was so happy that I got this scent as a Christmas present from my family. It includes a 100ml of the Twilight body mist, Sleepy body lotion, and Twilight shower gel.

Well, that is everything that I have bought and received from Lush this Christmas. If you can't tell my favourite time to buy Lush products is definitely Christmas. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. And I wish you all a happy new year.

Thank you all for following my blog and reading my blog posts, I appreciate it a lot <3 This year I am going to be more active on my blog. Although I am taking my GCSE Exams this year, I will try to post often.

24 hours in London

During the Christmas period on the 16th and 17th of December, my Mum and I visited London for 24 hours. I must say it was very busy but, the atmosphere was so lively and festive. We visited places such as Oxford Street, Regent-Street, New Bond Street, the London Collesium, and the Swindon shopping outlet.

First of all, we went to Oxford Street, one of my favourite places in London due to the fabulous shops including; Lush, Selfridges, Zara, John Lewis and many more.

We took a visit to the huge Lush store in which there are 3 floors for all of your makeup and bath time necessities.
Also, they create exclusive products just for the store on Oxford Street due to the size of it and they need to fill it up! Of course, I bought a few bath bombs including; starlight bath melt, Christmas sweater bath bomb, snap cracker bubble bar, Christmas Eve bubble bar, snowman bubbleroon, and dragons egg.

Next, we visited Selfridges and I must say their Christmas display was so festive, they even had a large jolly Santa floating in the window! I have never been to Selfridges before, therefore, it was a lot to take in. The store was huge and it took me a long time to find Pressed Juice and Lola’s cupcakes since I did not know my way around.
Eventually, I found Pressed Juice and I bought a Charcoal and Lavender Lemonade it was so strange because the colour was black but it tasted very good.
Also, I spotted Lola’s Cupcakes and they looked so yummy and very festive!

After stepping out of Selfridges we headed over to Marks & Spencer’s to get some lunch. Unfortunately, the queue was very long, and my feet were aching from all the walking we had done, after waiting we had a Bacon Roll.

What would a trip to London be without visiting Victoria’s Secret on New Bond Street? The store was beautifully done up with Christmas decorations and as we were walking over a lot of people were looking up in surprise because of how pretty the store was. Surprisingly, I didn’t buy anything but it was lovely to visit the store.

Finally, we headed back to the hotel after a busy shopping day. The luxury of being able to sit down on a bed felt amazing. However, once we arrived at the hotel we knew that we had to go back out again into the busy streets of London to go and watch the Nutcracker performance.

Luckily, we arrived early and were able to get in and sit down to watch the show. It was magical. To be honest, I didn’t really know what to expect as I had never seen the Nutcracker before or any ballet performance but I was so shocked at how magical it was. I would recommend visiting the London Collesium and watching a performance at Christmas time because it will get you in such a festive-y mood.

After watching the Nutcracker we headed back to the hotel and stopped off for Pizza at Pizza express which was lovely.

Overall, I very much enjoyed my visit to London with my Mum. I will definitely think about going again sometime next year in the winter months.

The Fashion Museum Of Bath

On the 18th of October, I was lucky enough to be able to visit the Fashion Museum, with my Nan, in Bath.
I have a keen interest in fashion so, I was very excited to have been given the opportunity to look around the museum. Of course, I took some photos and I am here now to explain and show how amazing the Fashion Museum really is.

The museum celebrates fashion from the 1600s to present day. And the walkthrough includes; a history of fashion in 100 objects, lace in fashion and, dressing up (for those that want to really see and feel what the clothing would have been like back then)

Lace In Fashion (my favourite section)

"diamonds are forever"

'Light nude long dress with macrame lace trim, Burberry 2016'

My favourite since it reminds me of Victoria Beckham's style (dress on the right)

I love how beautiful every single piece of clothing is and the originality is endless. I recommend visiting the Bath Fashion museum because not only does it include clothing there is also a lot of history and facts that you will find out along the way.

Leave a comment below telling me what was your favourite dress from the photos that I took.

The Body Shop Vanilla Pumpkin Collection

The Body Shop has released a new, exciting range specially created for Autumn time. This new limited edition range is called ‘Vanilla Pumpkin’ scented with macadamia vanilla and pumpkin oil. How divine! As soon as I heard about this collection I had to get my hands on something from it!

I had my eye on the hand cream since my hands get very dry in the autumn/winter and I needed a new one which was a coincidence!

First of all, let’s talk about the scent. It’s more vanilla than pumpkin which is good for those that do not like spicy scents, so if that’s you then this range might be for you.
To be honest I would have preferred the smell to have been stronger with pumpkin but I’m not complaining because it still smells really good!

The hand cream is 30ml which is a perfect size for every on-the-go girl. And the packaging is very autumnal which is cute! The price is £5 and is the cheapest item in the range.

The Body Shop also have more items in this range including; Body Butter, Shimmer Mist, and a Shower Cream.

Overall I really like this collection and I think the Body Shop has done a great job on creating it. Also, I recommend this collection to any autumn lover out there reading this.

What do you think about this new collection? What would you buy? Leave a comment below!
